- Data processing for contract implementation
We process the data that you, the customer, disclose to us for implementing pre-contractual measures and when entering into a contract.
As part of our business relationship, your data is processed by automated systems (e.g. e-mail traffic) and in the form of archived text documents (e.g. correspondence, contracts, personalised invoices) to permit the implementation of pre-contractual measures and fulfilment of the contract. We also process data for marketing purposes.
Data is processed based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (entering into a contract and performance of a contract). We need to process the data disclosed by you to be able to fulfil our contractual obligations. In addition, data may be processed for marketing purposes based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest) and the German Telecommunications Act (TKG).
In order to play YouTube videos or display maps, your consent is required in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a, as personal data is transmitted to YouTube or Google: IP address, information about the browser/operating system used and at least the information about which videos or maps you are viewing. Your data is normally transferred to the USA. By clicking on “Activate content” on the relevant page, you consent to the transfer of your data to YouTube or Google.

- YouTube
We use the services of YouTube (YouTube plugin). The provider is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, a subsidiary of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.
Clicking on the YouTube plug-in establishes a connection to the YouTube servers. The YouTube server records which website you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can associate your visit to our website and the click on our YouTube link with your profile. To avoid this, please log out of your YouTube profile before visiting our website.

- Session Cookies
BBondi Consult uses session cookies that are absolutely required while using the website to ensure its proper functioning. These store a so-called session ID that is used to assign different requests of the browser to a joint session. Using the cookie, your computer can be recognised when you return to the Bondi Consult website. At the end of each session (when you exit the website), the data collected on you during this period will be deleted.
- Restricted functionality without cookies

- Newsletter and electronic notifications
We send newsletters, emails and other electronic notifications (hereinafter referred to as “newsletters”) exclusively with the consent of the recipient or on the basis of a legal basis. If the contents of the newsletter are mentioned in the context of a registration for the newsletter, these contents are decisive for the consent of the users. To subscribe to our newsletter, it is normally sufficient to provide your e-mail address. Deletion and restriction of processing: We may store the unsubscribed e-mail addresses for up to three years on the basis of our legitimate interests before deleting them in order to be able to prove that consent was previously given. An individual request for erasure is possible at any time, provided that the former existence of consent is confirmed at the same time. The registration process is logged on the basis of our legitimate interests for the purpose of verifying that it is carried out properly. If we commission a service provider to send e-mails, this is done on the basis of our legitimate interests in an efficient and secure sending system.

We use Mailchimp to send newsletters. Mailchimp is used to organize and analyse the sending of newsletters. The data you enter for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter is stored on Mailchimp’s servers. For the purpose of analysis, the emails sent by Mailchimp contain a so-called tracking pixel, which connects to the Mailchimp servers when the email is opened. In this way, it can be determined whether a newsletter message has been opened. Mailchimp can also be used to determine whether and which links in the newsletter message have been clicked on. If you provide us with business cards during events, we will enter the personal data listed on these into our contact database and will process it as part of the initial business contact/processing of a business relationship with you.
- Use of the data collected by Bondi Consult
Bondi Consult uses the data collected as part of its services to provide, maintain, protect and improve its services, to develop new services and to protect Bondi Consult and its users.
Bondi Consult will ask for your consent before Bondi Consult uses information for any purposes other than those listed in this Data Privacy Statement.
Bondi Consult processes personal data on its servers, which are located in Austria.
- During contract fulfilment
As part of the contract fulfilment, data that you disclose to us or that is disclosed during the contractual relationship will be passed on to third parties who are involved in the processing of the contract.
Your data may also be transmitted to tax consultants, external accounting departments or authorities for accounting and billing purposes.
To the extent required, Bondi Consult will sign order processing contracts with the respective order processing parties.
- During contract fulfilment
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the email addresses you provide will be used exclusively for sending the newsletter. We guarantee that your data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter and delete your data at any time. Your privacy is very important to Bondi Consult.
- Contact
When you contact Bondi Consult by e-mail, Bondi Consult will store the data disclosed by you to reply to your inquiry. The data required for this purpose might also be forwarded to order processing parties that fulfil the service. Bondi Consult will never sell your data to third parties or market these in any other way. Bondi Consult will delete the data processed in this context once storage of the data is no longer required, or will restrict the processing if statutory retention requirements exist.
- Contacting third parties
On our website, we provide you with the contact details of our brokers and other third parties who cooperate with Bondi Consult in the context of contract processing. Bondi Consult has no influence on the processing of your personal data by third parties. Bondi Consult is therefore also not responsible if you contact third parties directly. 8. Data security
Bondi Consult makes every effort to protect ourselves and our users from unauthorised access to data or unauthorised modification, disclosure or destruction of data. Specifically:
- Bondi Consult encrypts many of its services using SSL/TLS protocols.
- Bondi Consult reviews its practices for the collection, storage and processing, including physical security measures, to provide protection from unauthorised access to the systems.
- Bondi Consult restricts access to personal data to those employees and contractors of Bondi Consult that absolutely need to know the data to be able to process this data on behalf of Bondi Consult and that have been committed to strict non-disclosure agreements and will be subject to prosecution under labour, administrative and/or criminal laws should they violate these agreements.
9. Rights of the concerned person

- Right of access
Upon request, Bondi Consult will provide you with information on the categories of data stored on you by Bondi Consult, the purposes of processing and the recipients of your personal data, within the statutory period. In case of doubt, Bondi Consult will request proof of your identity before Bondi Consult can exercise this right.
- Right to rectification
You have the right at any time to ask Bondi Consult to correct, amend or modify your personal data. Bondi Consult might require proof of your identity before Bondi Consult can exercise this right.
- Right to data portability
Where technically feasible, you have the right to request that all data stored on you by Bondi Consult be transferred to another company.
- Right to erasure
Upon your request, Bondi Consult will delete all personal data concerning you that is stored at Bondi Consult within the statutory period. If a statutory retention period applies, the data will only be deleted upon expiry of such period. This data will then be blocked internally to prevent any further use.
- Right to restrict processing
You have the right to ask Bondi Consult to restrict the processing of the personal data if one of the following conditions is met:
- You dispute the correctness of the personal data, for a period of time that enables Bondi Consult to check the correctness of the personal data;
- The processing is unlawful and you refuse the deletion of the personal data but instead request that the use of the personal data be restricted;
- Bondi Consult no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but you need the data to assert, exercise or defend legal claims; or
- You have lodged an objection to the processing, until such time when it has been ascertained whether the legitimate reasons of Bondi Consult outweigh yours.
- Right to object
If data is processed based on a legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing. Any objection to the data processing must be sent to datenschutz@bondiconsult.com.
10. Right to revoke
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the collection and processing of your personal data, entirely or in part, at any time, effective for the future. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. In this event, Bondi Consult will delete your data to the extent requested by you immediately and will block it to prevent any further use. 11. Retention
Your data will be stored for as long as is required for the provision of the services. If a longer storage is required due to statutory requirements, the data will be stored until expiry of such period.

The content of our website, in particular the shown products and the provided data, is protected by copyright. No part of the content may be reproduced and/or published or stored in an information system without our prior written consent. The representation of this website in third-party frames is only permitted subject to prior express authorisation in writing.
13. Scope of the Data Privacy Statement
The Data Privacy Statement applies exclusively to the website of Bondi Consult and within the scope of the contractual relationship.
